Started in 1990, when Westbourne Grove was a pretty run down un-groovy area. Initially Toms was specifically a high class grocer and delicatessen, specialising in specialist and artisan produce from the British Isles and the Continent.
We have always tried to offer our customers a familiar yet respectful service, trying best to satisfy their individual needs. We choose our products for quality and flavour and are always looking to improve and update our range. We have always put a great deal of thought and creativity into our Traiteur (prepared food to take home) and opened the café 6 years ago. We aim to continue with our original concept for specialist food and friendly service, thereby playing an important role in our neighbourhood.
Toms comprises a Downstairs Delicatessen specializing in British & International Dry goods, Cheese, Wine & Charcuterie. There is a very busy lunch trade with the Traiteur & Salad bar made on the premises daily.
The Entry Level sells sandwiches, mouth-watering cakes & pasties, chocolates, sweets & crisps.
The Upstairs Café is extremely famous for the sensational Breakfast, and is also a very popular to be seen place at other times of the day.
